SOS offers FREE delivery within the corporate area during regular working hours (8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m.) for in store purchases. Customers are also able to collect goods at the Kingston and Montego Bay locations.

Installation services are offered with all standard furniture purchases upon delivery. After hours or weekend work can be scheduled, with a charge, to facilitate any customer that cannot have installations or repairs done during working hours. Installation fees are subject to change based on revised customer requirements.
SOS facilitates repairs and refurbishing of office furniture. This involves the reupholstering and repairing of chairs, respraying of lateral cabinets, filing cabinets, stationery cupboards and metal desks. As well as repairing or replacing broken handles, locks and filing cabinet drawers and any other items that need replacement parts or repairs.
No annual maintenance fee is required from our customers who have an account with SOS for after sales service and support. Items under warranty that are damaged will be repaired as quickly as possible at no charge to the client. Items damaged through the fault of the customer will be repaired and the customer will be charged accordingly. Your account executive is on hand to assist in the assessment of your furniture needs allowing you to maintain a proper organized office and to keep your work space looking professional, stylish and functional.
