Warranty Condition
Stationery & Office Supplies Ltd. (SOS) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. SOS promises to repair or replace any Image brand product or component purchased from SOS, which fails under normal use as a result of such subject. This warranty applies from the date of manufacture, and is subject to the limitations, exclusions, and other provisions below.
Warranty Period
1 year: All non-moving metal components, table surface, steel legs, partition frame, swivel/tilt mechanisms, pneumatic cylinder, wood components or wood framed products, urethane part, plastic part, base, castors, upholstered fabric (chair/panel) and genuine or artificial leather (chair).
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Modification of the product without permission of SOS
- Abuse, misuse of the product
- Natural disasters while storing or transiting the products
- Variations occurring in the surface materials
- Products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions
This warranty applies only to the products: SOS Ltd. is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience or any other special or consequential damages caused by any product defect. This warranty is the only warranty applicable on all Image products. All other warranties, expressed or implied prior, are disclaimed.
The warranty of this product is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, modifications, accident.
