Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your SOS purchase.

  • If you ordered your item(s) online and you need to make a return, you can bring your item(s) to any SOS retail store (Kingston or Montego Bay) along with a copy of your invoice and receipt, within seven (7) days of the order.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the goods within the seven-day return period.
  • In-store purchases must be returned in-store within seven days.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Your purchase must be returned in a sellable condition in the original packaging, including:

  • Manuals
  • Parts
  • Your receipt and a copy of the invoice

We carefully monitor returns, and in some cases, returns or exchanges may be limited or declined. SOS reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges for violations of our return policy.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued once the merchandise is received back at the SOS warehouse.

  • For purchases made online, over the phone or in-store, the refund will be processed in the following manner:
  1. A credit note for the returned item can be issued for use at a later date.
  2. A cheque can be issued (FCIB) within 3 business days.
  3. A wire transfer may be done directly to the customer’s account.
  4. For an order done via a credit card, the original credit card is required for a refund.
  5. For an order done via a debit card, a void may be done on a same day return, otherwise a credit note, cheque or wire transfer may be done within 3 – 5 business days.

  • Merchandise that has been labeled as “Final Sale” is not returnable.
